The term “legendary” is often used too readily these days, but it applies to the producer supergroup Betty Ford Boys like few other acts. Their live shows enjoy cult status, their vinyl releases regularly sell out within a very short time, and the names Brenk Sinatra, Dexter, and Suff Daddy appear in the credits of numerous top-tier productions far beyond Germany’s borders. The Betty Ford Boys have always pursued their own unique musical approach and have thus decisively shaped the German-language beat scene.
