Native Leaves Teams Up with Kid Indigo for Upbeat New Single ‘Blow Up’

Salt Lake City-based hip-hop/reggae band Native Leaves has released their latest single Blow Up featuring Kid Indigo, and it’s a breath of fresh air. This upbeat and lively track is a dynamic listening experience with its head-nodding vocal hook and energetic verses.

Blow Up is a song that allowed us to visualize the bright future we expect for the band. All while celebrating our recent successes with fans, family, and friends.  And what better day to do it than 4.20.”  – Native Leaves

On Blow Up, Native Leaves paints a picture of their bright future while celebrating their recent successes with fans, family, and friends. And what better day to do it than 4/20, a date many celebrate as a day of cannabis culture?

The song is a perfect anthem for those who believe in living life to the fullest. All while taking a small dream and growing it into something special.

Native Leaves – Blow Up

“When I say blow up, I mean go on, do your f*cking thing./And tear that whole thing up. This one’s all yours, make it what you want./Give ’em all you got.” Native Leaves’ lead singer Lowg Kartchner speaks to the belief and tenacity necessary to realize our dreams in a powerful second verse. With superb instrumentation and unmatched delivery, this message is presented with sonic excellence. Kid Indigo, who has collaborated with Surfaces in the past, adds a harmony-filled third verse. Offering a great change of pace.

In addition to the release, Native Leaves will be hosting their first annual Blow Up Bash at Shades On State in Salt Lake City on 4/20. The event will feature some of the city’s most prominent DJs, legal marijuana sponsors with green card sign-ups. As well as a guest list including some of the most prominent entrepreneurs in the world of entertainment, apparel, and hospitality. With tickets being sold for only $4.20, this is a rare opportunity to experience Native Leaves firsthand.
