Hollywood actor Dewayne “The Rock” Johnson has wrapped up filming for his upcoming Fast & Furious 8 film and addressed the controversy he stirred up earlier this week over an on-set cast member dispute.
Rocky went to Instagram Wednesday (August 10) to reflect on the conflict he experienced during the film’s production.
Earlier this week, Rock’s co-star Tyrese reacted to his explosive Instagram outburst.
At least one media outlet believes Rock’s rant took aim at Fast franchise star Vin Diesel.
The Rock’s rant about unprofessional male co-stars was targeted at Vin Diesel, TMZ has learned, and the 2 had a secret meeting on the “Fast 8” set Tuesday to hash things out. Production sources tell TMZ … when the Rock went nuts on social media Monday night, claiming certain male co-stars were not stand up guys and too “chicken s***” to confront him … he was referring to Vin. (TMZ)
Earlier this week, Rock exploded on Instagram with shots fired off at unnamed cast members.
Various media outlets speculated Rock’s outburst most likely was not aimed at any female cast members.
JohnsonÔÇÖs post excludes all of his female co-stars, so Michelle Rodriguez, Elsa Pataky, Charlize Theron, and Helen Mirren are all safe, with regular asses. The crew is ÔÇ£hard workingÔÇØ and Universal is ÔÇ£great,ÔÇØ so that also rules out everyone in labor and management. The problem, therefore, lies with one of the following men. LetÔÇÖs see if we can figure it out. (A.V. Club)
