Founded in Atlanta in 2010, ATL Hip Hop Day was created to celebrate Atlanta’s contribution to Hip Hop while keeping the foundational elements of the culture visible.

That means more than concerts.

It means MCing. DJing. B-Boying and B-Girling. Graffiti. Independent artists. Entrepreneurship. Youth. Community.

For 17 years, ATL Hip Hop Day has created a space where Atlanta’s Hip Hop history can stand beside the artists and creators shaping what comes next.
