Bad Boy’s Cassie is back in music-making mode. The 30-year-old singer has announced plans to put out a new tune in the near future.
At last weekend’s MTV Video Music Awards, Cass revealed she had a new Detail-produced single coming.
“I did a couple of records, not just a couple, a lot of records with Detail. So we have a single coming up called ‘Makeup,’ which I think the ladies are gonna love. Coming soon. Makeup, makeup.” (E! News)
Cass raised eyebrows by hooking up with ex-boyfriend Diddy at the annual VMAs.
Diddy and Cassie confirmed their reunion as they posed together at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards in New York City on Sunday. The couple – who have been in an on-off relationship since 2007 – looked happier than ever as they watched the show at Madison Square Garden, despite splitting up earlier this month after an explosive row, which sparked a visit from police. Puffy made sure to post up handfuls of moments from the VMAs outing including a pic of himself alongside Cassie.
Over the weekend, a clip had gone viral of Puffy wishing Cass a happy 30th birthday.
According to the latest reports, law enforcement decided to fall back on looking into Diddy and Cassie’s recent domestic breakup.
The Beverly Hills police investigated the incident and determined it was just one of those things and no crime was committed. Diddy gave the phone back and there was no violence, so it came down to a case of no harm, no foul. Even if the cops saw it differently, Cassie made it clear she didn’t want her boo prosecuted so it would have been dropped anyway. (TMZ)
