Jim Jones Tallies Up Jay Z/Beyoncé, Diddy/Cassie & KimYe’s Ends: “Maybe A Few Billion In This Picture”

Dipset’s Jim Jones has put his personal issues with rap mogul Jay Z aside and shouted out Young Hov this week. Jimmy acknowledged a power couple-themed shot of Jay and handful of other high-profile celebrities.

Jimmy went to Instagram earlier in the week and co-signed a motivational group picture from last Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards.

A few weeks ago, Dipset leader Cam’ron addressed his distanced relationship with Jimmy and not performing with him at a recent New York City concert.

“Well to be honest, Juelz [Santana] called me, he told me that Drake called him and wanted us to come out,” Cam explained when asked about Jimmy’s absence. “I seen that on the ‘gram, too, people going, ‘Why you ain’t bring Jim out?’ [laughs] It’s not my show. I don’t conduct the show. This is not ‘Cam Presents Drake.’ … Everybody wants a long, drawn out story, like, ‘This happened, this happened.’ I didn’t even talk to Drake, [just] during the stage, that’s the only time we spoke. Juelz is the one who called and was like, ‘He wants us to do ‘Oh Boy,’ ‘Hey Ma’ and ‘Gangsta Music.’ That was that. I didn’t even know Jim was there until later today until I saw a lot of people in the comments. … I know Jim’s mom, kids, his son rather, his sisters. As hard as I go at somebody else, I wouldn’t go hard on Jim like that. That’s still my man. Regardless of what people see in the media and the public or whatever, I’ll go to war with anyone. I’m not going to war with him. Whether he was there or not, it didn’t matter to me.” (This Is 50)

Coincidentally, Jimmy watched Cam perform right in front of him at rap star Drake’s show.

Despite not appearing on-stage, Jimmy still managed to link up with Drizzy.
