Joey Bada$$ has made his directorial debut on the new video for “Devastated.” He co-directed the video with Shomi Patwary. The song was originally previewed┬áat Coachella before it was released on Pro Era’s Youtube channel back in May.
The song primarily takes place at what appears to be a high school football game and a rooftop in, presumably, Brooklyn, New York. Joey seems to be having a great time performing  on the rooftop as fans crowds create crowd surfing sessions on the street. He actually took the streets to debut the video, as he rode a double decker around New York City with the video playing on the side of the bus.
The video comes in support of his upcoming tour schedule. Schoolboy Q’s┬áBlankface LP┬átour is slated to start on the 30th and Joey will be the special guest. The flyer below has the complete list of dates.
