Charleston church shooter Dylann Roof was assaulted by a fellow inmate this morning (Aug. 4) in a South Carolina jail. Needless to say, Twitter has no sympathy and rejoiced at the mass murderer catching a fade.
Reports the Post and Courier:
Roof was not seriously injured and was medically evaluated at the Cannon Detention Center after the 7:45 a.m. incident, said Maj. Eric Watson, of the SheriffÔÇÖs Office.
Dwayne Marion Stafford, 25, of Goose Creek, allegedly exited his locked room and ran downstairs to the first level of the jail where Roof was preparing to shower. Stafford began assaulting him with his hands, according to an incident report. Roof was hit in the face and body and suffered bruising to his face and back. No weapons were involved. Detention officers broke up the altercation.
According to the police reports the assault was “unprovoked.”
Umm, Roof is the guy who killed 9 people after a church meeting, his very continued existence amounts to “fade on sight.”
Many took to Twitter to share their approval┬áwhen word got out that someone put hands on Roof. There are even calls to put money on the fade deliverer’s books. Peep the reactions below and on the flip.
