Drake Is Opening A Club In Houston Called “The Ballet”

Over the weekend, Drake celebrated his second annual Houston Appreciation Weekend with a pop-up event alongside dvsn. He also took the time out to announce the grand opening of his Houston club, The Ballet. He described it as a place “where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable.”

In the video below, Drake expressed his appreciation for Houston’s dance culture:

It’s not about no strip club shit. It’s about these amazing women that we’ve got in one spot, this music we’ve got, this Houston culture that we got. And I just wanna let you know that, me, I’m going to bring it to you in the most honest and genuine way possible.

The Ballet is slate to open next year.

Tonight is a different take on how it should be done in Houston. Treat yourself don’t cheat yourself. Where the women are on a pedestal and the surroundings are unforgettable. The Ballet pop up tonight for HAW. Grand opening early 2017. #HelloWorld
