DJ Jay Whalley, a turntable st from Preston, England, reworked the first verse from the rapperÔÇÖs hit single ÔÇ£StanÔÇØ to try to find out what was happening with a blazer he wanted to exchange.
ÔÇ£I sent you my exchange but still it ainÔÇÖt returning,ÔÇØ he posted on the Facebook page of the retailer ASOS Monday. ÔÇ£I left my size, product code and order number at the bottom,ÔÇØ he added.
Whalley said he decided to make the complaint in the unusual way to try to get their attention. ÔÇ£Thought IÔÇÖd be creative instead of kicking off,ÔÇØ he posted to Facebook.
WhalleyÔÇÖs imaginative post soon went viral. But it took on a further dimension when a representative for the store replied ÔÇöand also used rap-style lyrics to apologize and explain what was going on.
