Soulja BoyÔÇÖs Birthday Party Gets Cut Short After Random Shooting

Soulja BoyÔÇÖs 26th birthday party was cut short after a shooting yesterday [Friday, July 29].

The ÔÇ£Crank DatÔÇØ rapper was celebrating with a group of friends,which included┬áSean Kingston, at a studio. One of the attendees┬ástepped outside when someone drove up in a mask and attempted to rob him. When SouljaÔÇÖs friend resisted, the male suspect reportedly shot him in the arm and then drove away.

Police arrived on the scene and Soulja Boy had already left the venue. Kingston supposedly called it a night before the shooting occurred. The injured man was reportedly transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Law enforcement has not identified a suspect yet. Some speculate the robber might have been drawn to the studio that night because Soulja Boy was posting videos of himself celebrating in the studio, flaunting stacks of money.
