Oklahoma police officer Betty Shelby is not off the hook in the death of Terence Crutcher. New reports claim Shelby has been charged in the fatal shooting.
According to reports, officer Shelby has received a criminal charge for killing the unarmed Oklahoma man.
Tulsa police officer Betty Shelby has been charged with manslaughter in the first degree, Tulsa County District Attorney Steve Kunzweiler told reporters Thursday. Shelby fatally shot 40-year-old Terence Crutcher after his SUV broke down last week. (CNN)
Earlier this week, hip-hop artists Busta Rhymes and Vic Mensa publicly went at Shelby for taking Crutcher’s life.
This week, various hip-hop artists spoke out on the slaying of Crutcher.
