Gucci Mane has been out of jail for almost two months and has managed to hit the ground running when it comes to his music. He’s got a new video for “Guwop Home” with Young Thug, a song with Migos, and even a song with Tupac. Today, he jumps on Peewee Longway’s “Pocket Watching,” a syrupy-slow track guaranteed to have folks nodding off like fiends in the projects.
Gucci leads the song off and Peewee bats cleanup on the Zaytoven produced track. It’s a great collaboration, minus one noticeable setback. Something is off with Longway’s vocals and it’s immediately noticeable as soon as he jumps on the track. Still, Gucci got in his bag here so even if Peewee’s vocals aren’t exactly in line with the track, more Gucci Mane La Flare is always a good thing.
