Kid Cudi’s last album details was the night Usain Bolt started his dominance in Rio last month.
Today, he reveals a double album is on the way with a date for release this month in the works. In Cudi’s own words…

At 18 tracks deep, the album is well over an 1hr 30mins long, so the physical will be a double disc set.

The one preview that is indicative it will be on the album is the Pharrell-produced “Magic” Cudi premiered last weekend at Trillectro (photo cred above: @adesholamakinde). I like the sounds of that and I like the sound of a lot of Cudi music to come sooner than later.
(And doesn’t Cudi have a point about going to Best Buy? We’re done with these exclusive streaming rights. I don’t seek things out on TIDAL as a result that I’m already committed to Apple Music — and I feel I’m just one of many examples like that, vice versa as well.)
