New York fashion week brought out a tangibly heightened style consciousness to the city that never sleeps. The citizens of the concrete jungle were all invited at once to acknowledge the art form of clothing creation and wear. Gathering together a group intrigued by the notion of fly apparel, the Source caught up with a few models, artists and entrepreneurs during one of the 7 days of fashion week dedicated to self embellishment. CMG label player and Yo Gotti affiliate Dudley Alexander came through in the perpetually timeless rap sneaker: white shell toe Adidas and Maria Restreppo of Mars.NYC sported her eponymously created Supreme logo laden underwear, both repping two big apple based designs.
Yohji Yamamto and Raf Simons x Adidas kicks, Adidas Originals x Alexander Wang and Moschino all round out the attire of this weeks Style Sector: the latest in NYC street fashion.
